We've been around for years and with so many marketing companies out there, I was afraid it might have been a case of signing a contract and that's it. I can safely say that it has been far from that as Talveer didn't just sign us up and walk away. He's really involved and always has a vested interest in our business doing well. He really cares!
Talveer isn't a clock watcher and certainly not a 9-5 person. He has even made himself available outside of working hours to ensure our campaigns get the attention they need. ...getting Service bookings in the first few days!
We really like the fact that calls are recorded. It means we can reflect upon them and really see the quality of leads that are coming in to us. We were already able to see a return in the first week! The fact that we actually see our ads at the top is an added bonus, but to be honest the proof was listening back to the calls and getting Service bookings in the first few days and the calls we've been getting from people who would have otherwise certainly gone elsewhere.
We really appreciate the analysis Talveer has done and how engaged he was throughout the set-up stages and still is now. He is very efficient and has come out to spend time with staff to improve our Customer Service levels even further as well as booking ratios. All in all, he does what he says he will and we are very pleased that we have given Talveer and HOP Ltd. a go. I would certainly recommend Talveer to anyone wanting to get more specific types of clients on board, whatever your industry. Business is good! :-)"
